You may request deletion of the personal data JOVANI QATAR holds about you at any time. This page explains what is deleted and how to make the request.
What can be deleted
Your name, phone number, email address, home-visit requests and appointments, and any notes linked to you.
How to request
Send us a WhatsApp message on +974 70400093 with the words "Delete my data", your name and the phone number used, or use the button below to send a ready-made request.
Timeline
We confirm receipt within 48 hours and complete deletion within 30 days at the latest.
Exceptions
Invoice and transaction records may be retained for the period required by accounting law, then deleted automatically.
Social login data
If you contacted us through Facebook or another platform, deletion also removes the connection and all information received from that platform.
