By using the JOVANI QATAR website, purchasing from it, or booking a home visit, you agree to the following terms.
Products & availability
Most gowns are available as a single piece in size 16 XL. Images are shown as accurately as possible; colours may vary slightly with lighting and screens.
Special orders
Other sizes are produced as a special order via WhatsApp. Production starts after measurements are confirmed and a deposit is paid; lead time is agreed at order time.
Prices & payment
All prices are in Qatari Riyal unless stated otherwise. Payment is taken on the secure checkout page or arranged directly over WhatsApp.
Home visits
Bookings are subject to confirmation and availability. Please tell us at least 24 hours in advance to change or cancel an appointment.
Returns & exchanges
Tailored gowns and special orders are not returnable or exchangeable. Ready-to-wear gowns may be exchanged within 3 days, unworn and with tags intact.
Intellectual property
All images, text and designs belong to JOVANI QATAR and may not be used without written permission.
